What Does Empowering mean

Giving power: This is an interesting term in regards to ourselves. To Empower ourselves means we are giving ourselves power. What power is that? The power to look within and embrace, love, and value ourselves. When you have these three qualities you gain power. This power allows you to have beautiful friendships and relationships, take chances in career paths, and allows you to fully give of yourself. When we do not feel powerful this leads to bad choices, hurtful relationships, and playing things safe.
